ClubMail, a quarterly 80+ page booklet for a travel/theater club, was in desperate need of a redesign after having used the same layouts for many years. Above, a typical spread. Fonts were a bit of a jumble, colors were loud and distracting, and everything was jammed in with no space to breathe.
Above, my proposed redesign. Fonts are in harmony, supporting colors are quieter and reflect the photography on each page, and everything has more room.
